Shipping Policy – RayoToy

Order Processing & Customization

All orders placed on our website are processed and prepared within 8–12 business days.

Many of our products are customized or specially prepared, which means each item requires additional time for production, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment. Our team carefully prepares each order to ensure the best possible quality.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and logistics carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 12–22 business days

  • United Kingdom: 10–20 business days

  • Europe: 12–22 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 14–24 business days

  • Latin America: 15–30 business days

  • Rest of the world: 18–30 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on transportation conditions and local courier services.


International Shipping

RayoToy ships worldwide. Because our products are shipped internationally, packages may pass through multiple logistics hubs and customs facilities before reaching the final destination.

International shipments may experience delays due to:

  • customs clearance procedures

  • international logistics routes

  • local postal carrier processing

  • peak season shipping demand

These factors may extend delivery times beyond the estimated timeframe.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to customers once the shipment has been dispatched.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. During international transit, tracking updates may temporarily pause between logistics checkpoints while the parcel moves between countries.

This is normal and does not indicate a problem with the shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

RayoToy does not control or collect these charges.


Delivery Responsibility

Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, RayoToy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

  • your mailbox

  • with neighbors

  • building reception or concierge

  • safe delivery locations around your address

You may also contact the local courier directly for further delivery details.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

RayoToy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • high order volume

  • international shipping congestion

  • customs inspections

  • weather conditions

  • local courier delays

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
